Product Showcase Program Information Form and Participation Directions

A major reason practitioners attend the Integrative Healthcare Symposium is to see new products. The Product Showcase is your opportunity to make sure your product is in the spotlight.

The Product Showcase program (New and Featured) includes the following:

  • display in the Product Showcase
  • company name with product photo, product name & booth # in the Program of Events and mobile app.
  • photo of your product, company logo, booth # & 60-word description on the website page and IntegrativePractitioner.com
  • participation mention in one promotional e-mail to pre-registered attendees

In order to take advantage of the Product Showcase Marketing Opportunity you chose in your separate Marketing Opportunities Contract, the following information must be returned to Minh Ly-Gordon at mlygordon@divcom.com by the deadline from ALL participants or the Product Showcase opportunity could be forfeit.

NOTE: All terms and conditions of your Marketing Opportunities Contract (including the requirement that Company be an Exhibitor in good standing) apply in full and are unaltered by this information form.

All fees paid for marketing opportunities are non-refundable

PARTICIPATION DIRECTIONS

All Showcase items for display MUST be hand delivered to the Diversified sales office onsite on Thursday, February 21, 2019 prior to 3:00pm (drop offs prior to Thursday will not be accepted and late drop offs may lose their opportunity to a company on our waiting list)

NOTE: ALL contents from packages should be removed. Perishables and/or items requiring refrigeration are NOT allowed
