Panelists in this presentation will describe several holistic nursing approaches used to support nurses and nursing students working at the front line during the pandemic of COVID 19. Support groups, listening circles, meaningful dialogue, contemplative practices, and hypnotherapeutic approaches were offered to nurses/nursing students during the COVID crisis. These holistic approaches continue to be provided to interested nurses and nursing students in an effort to transform potential experiences of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder into experiences of Post-Traumatic Stress Growth.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Describe the dialogue process in nursing support groups.
  2. Identify facilitating power and resilience with holistic nursing modalities.
  3. List experiences of Post-Traumatic Stress Growth.
