Marleen Colangelo-Lunior RN, BS, AP

With a desire to stay young and fit, why would we turn to one of most ancient,
yet revered wellness practices that has stood the test of 5000 years? In this
course, your instructor will guide you through 40 minutes of Qigong, using
the traditional practices of breathing, mental imaging, and gentle, repetitive
comfortable movements.

These movements are appropriate to all ages and abilities, as one of the cardinal
rules in practicing qigong is to stay in your own comfort zone and restore from that
beginning place.

Qigong practices are now known to relieve stress, and produce refreshed energy.
These practices of gentle standing movements are not only used to produce
strength, energy and longevity; they can be used to reverse some of our modern
day chronic disorders, such as: fatigue, stiffness, joint pains, osteoporosis, high
blood pressure, anxiety, depression, and more. Practicing these easy methods
twice a day can produce amazing improvements in balance, strength, flexibility,
as well as increased positive outlook with enthusiasm as your energy increases.
