Jennifer Hanawald, NBC-HWC, is a board certified health and wellness coach and certified positive psychology life coach. In her coaching practice, she blends her training at Duke Integrative Medicine with evidence-based positive psychology tools gained through her studies at Wholebeing Institute to help her clients make meaningful health and life changes.
In addition to providing 1:1 and group coaching, Jennifer teaches and mentors students pursuing positive psychology coaching certification at Wholebeing Institute, a global community of positive psychology practitioners from many walks of life, including other health and wellness coaches as well as therapists, educators, business people, veterans, and more.
Jennifer came to the field of wellness and coaching after a career in finance and journalism in New York, London and Tokyo. At home in Montclair, NJ, she focuses on her own integrative health through boxing, tennis, and mindful walks with her dog, Charlie. Recently, she celebrated a milestone birthday by completing the Pan Mass Challenge, a 200-mile, 2-day bike ride through the beautiful state of Massachusetts.
