Mary Beth Augustine, MA, RDN, FAND is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Mary Beth holds a Bachelor’s in food and nutrition, a Master’s in psychology with a specialization in gender and sexual fluidity, and she is pursuing a doctoral degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at University of Western States. Mary Beth is the Clinical Lab Education Lead at Vibrant America Clinical Lab where she advises multidisciplinary practitioners on integrative and functional nutrition laboratory test interpretation and clinical applications. Past work experience includes Graf Center for Integrative Medicine at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Senior Integrative Nutritionist and Director of the Integrative Nutrition Internship at the Mount Sinai Beth Israel Center for Health & Healing, Director of the Masters Degree Program in Integrative and Functional Nutrition at Saybrook University, Clinical Dietitian and Integrative Medicine Nutritionist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and cardiovascular risk reduction research at the American Health Foundation. Mary Beth’s speaking highlights include the United Nations Committee on Aging, American Institute for Cancer Research Cancer Survivor Conference, Integrative Healthcare Symposium, Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo, and the New York, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Nebraska, West Virginia and Wisconsin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics meetings.
