• Proof of two vaccine doses (except for Johnson & Johnson recipients) will be required (per New York City’s mandate)
• Physical distancing measures in accordance with local & venue regulations
• Increased hand sanitizer stations throughout
• Attendees, exhibitors, vendors and staff will be required to wear a mask in all indoor locations
• Handshake free interactions

Clean Environments

• Enhanced deep cleaning before, during and after the event
• Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas
• Catering will employ the highest standard of food safety

 Emergency Protocols

• Communication plan with event security, local officials, hospitals & healthcare providers
• Protocol aligned with local government and health authority advice.
