Join #IHSNY25 Event Director Christina Henderson for a guided walk! Grab a friend or make a new connection and start your morning on the right foot with fresh air and beautiful city views. Christina – who lived in the city for more than 10 years – will plan a roughly 30-minute walk.
We’re bringing back the Friday night happy hour for the second year! Join us after the second day of conference sessions for a prosecco toast and some fun, guided networking. You’ll also have the chance to check out live recordings of the Integrative Practitioner Podcast during this time.
Back by popular demand, join Ben Brown, LMT for an immersive deep listening experience using the transformative power of sound to encourage a relaxing, meditative state. Attendees will find a comfortable position to actively listen and contemplate sounds generated through metal or crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments.
During this relaxing class–open to all levels–you’ll explore accessible, low-impact movements, breathwork and guided meditation and leave feeling refreshed and grounded. Any attire is acceptable for this class; workout clothes are not required to participate. This grounding class will be led by Mitch Hipp, E-RYT500, YACEP of SONICYOGA, which has served the local New York community for 23 years.
Tune in to live conversations with the Integrative Practitioner podcast and featured #IHSNY25 guests. Podcast recordings will take place in the exhibit hall, with plenty of seating for anyone who wishes to stop by and hear what guests have to say. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions in real time.
