Submit your Product Showcase Application

Deadline: Friday, January 31, 2025

The Product Showcase (New and Featured Products) includes the following:

  • Product displayed in case.
  • Photo of your product, 60-word description, company name, and booth number prominently displayed.
  • (1) Email promotion highlighting the Product Showcase to registered Symposium attendees.
  • Link to your company’s website on a dedicated Product Showcase webpage.
  • Product listing in the #IHSNY25 Event Guide and event app.

In order to take advantage of the Product Showcase sponsorship, please fill out the Product Showcase Application by January 31, 2025. Afterward, an official contract will be emailed to your company with the following information that must be returned to Carmella Perrone at [email protected] by the given deadline.

NOTE: All terms and conditions of your contract (including the requirement of being a good-standing exhibitor) apply in full and are unaltered by this application submission.

NOTE: ALL contents from packages should be removed when displayed in the Product Showcase. Perishables and/or items requiring refrigeration are NOT allowed.

All fees paid for marketing sponsorships are non-refundable
