Covid-19 has created greater awareness of, and interest in, integrative health. Evidence supporting the use of integrative strategies for optimizing health during and after Covid-19 infection has grown. This presentation will highlight some of these strategies. From there, a preliminary analysis of a survey study conducted by the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona of healthcare practitioners with and without integrative medicine training will be shared. Specifically, the ways in which the pandemic has changed healthcare practitioners wellness and self-care will be addressed. Additionally, this talk will describe the pandemic’s impact on practitioner prescribing practices related to Covid-19.
