This presentation will discuss the evolving healthcare landscape and its impact on individuals as well as organizations. One response to this impact is to focus on overall wellbeing and specifically joy as a strategy to support individuals, groups, and entire organizations. Intentional Action or using mindfulness, knowledge and action as a process that can be used to bring about change and accomplish goals will be described with Mayo Clinic’s Joy at Mayo program as an exemplar.
