Heidi brought the sports nutrition model to the preforming arts as her company, Nutrition Conditioning, oversees the Sports Nutrition program at The Juilliard School and the School of American. Heidi has been part of The Women’s Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery for over 20 years. Additionally, Heidi served as the team nutritionist with the NY Knicks (7 years), the Football Giants (18 years) and the NY Mets (15 years). Heidi earned two Masters degrees, one in nutrition and the other in exercise physiology and has authored 5 books, including Nutrient Timing for Peak Performance (Human Kinetics, 2010) and The Athlete Triad Playbook/Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports (website; https://athletetriadplaybook.com).
