Dr. Lindsay J Ledwich is a board certified rheumatologist, osteopathic physician, and practitioner of integrative medicine.
She is currently employed part time by Trinity Health System in Ohio. She also performs peer to peer rheumatology consults with Sitka medical, filling a rheumatology care gap in underserved areas. She also provides care for autoimmune conditions with emphasis on functional medicine through a small telehealth practice, Rheum2look.
She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed internal medicine residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Rheumatology Fellowship with Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania. She is currently completing formal certification with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Through over 15 years of countless patient experiences addressing autoimmune conditions she realized the pivotal role integrative medicine plays in delivering quality patient care. By incorporating functional medicine, she witnessed improvement in standardized disease activity measures, along with improvement in her patients physical and mental well-being.
