With many things changing in the world right now, we want to assure you that as we continue to plan for the Integrative Healthcare Symposium, the health and safety of our exhibitors, attendees, sponsors, speakers and staff is our top priority.
We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as updates and recommendations from public health officials, federal, state and local authorities, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are in close collaboration with the New York Hilton Midtown, NY as they confirm and roll out their re-opening plans. Additionally, we are working with leading event industry associations globally as they develop guidelines for the events industry.
Each Diversified Communications event will follow the recommendations from public health officials, federal, state, and local authorities, and venues. Below is a list of guidelines the Integrative Healthcare Symposium will adhere to for our in-person events. This list is subject to change and we encourage you to continually check this page for any updates leading up to the Symposium.

The value of in person, face to face interaction is immeasurable. Every effort is being made to ensure your experience at this year’s Symposium, while perhaps different from what we’ve come to expect, is safe, positive and productive and helps you meet your continuing education and patient-care goals for years to come. The Integrative Healthcare Symposium team looks forward to reconnecting with you in New York this September.
