With many things changing in the world right now, we want to assure you that as we continue to plan for the Integrative Healthcare Symposium, the health and safety of our exhibitors, attendees, sponsors, speakers and staff is our top priority.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as updates and recommendations from public health officials, federal, state and local authorities, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are in close collaboration with the New York Hilton Midtown, NY . Additionally, we are working with leading event industry associations globally as they develop guidelines for the events industry.

Note that as of March 7, 2022, the city of New York has discontinued the Key to NYC vaccination requirement.

Hotel Travel Guidelines

Local government rules for this hotel require proof of vaccination to access certain on-site amenities including dining and fitness facilities. As we return to live events, Diversified Communications is committed to the health and safety of our customers, partners, speakers, and staff. With the guidance of event industry associations UFI, AEO, and SISO, Diversified Communications has adapted the All Secure Standards.



COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Each Diversified Communications event will follow the recommendations from public health officials, federal, state, and local authorities, and venues. Below is a list of guidelines the Integrative Healthcare Symposium will adhere to for our in-person events. This list is subject to change and we encourage you to continually check this page for any updates leading up to the Symposium.
