This talk will be an evidence-based overview of the therapeutic effects of cannabis and CBD. It will also include cautions regarding potential adverse effects that may be encountered when patients use these substances for medical purposes.

- Identify which medical conditions have evidence of a therapeutic effect of cannabis and cannabis‐derived medications.
- Demonstrate the ability to counsel patients about use of cannabis and cannabidiol (CBD) for medical purposes.
